If you swipe from right to left you get to Contact List. Tap on the specific contact, you can send them text messege or you can even draw the a little emoji. Sounds like Apple Watch, I know.
Notifications screen
One of the other new user interface changes is the new notifications screen. If you swipe down from the top edge, you will that the icons have been layed out in line.
Settings
Settings has been updated as well. You can now change the watch face directly from the Settings menu. And there is a new wrist gestures option. What this does is they let you scroll the notifications by flicking your wrist depending on how you gesture.
Wifi Settings
You can add to a Wifi network so even if your phone is not within range or connected by a bluetooth, you can still get the notifications on your watch.
Screen Lock
Just like Android write up from the beginning that you can draw a pattern on your screen. So f your smartwatch is not on your wrist, somebody picks it up he or she can do nothing without the correct pattern.
