0
I am going to review about how to store, freeze and reheat baby food at home. When you are making your own baby food at home. So, any tips and tricks that I have to offer you to save your time.

STORE AND FREEZE

Everytime you are preparing your baby food, you should prepare two to three times the amount of portions and put it into the ice cube tray. So when you looking to store in the freezer, when they are completely frozen, you can take them out of the tray. Then place them to an air tight container. The frozen food will keep safely in your freezer for up to 3 months.

REHEAT

When you looking reheat this food, I suggest moving the portion you would like to use out of the freezer 24 hours before you plan to use. If you move it from your freezer overnight, by the time you ready to reheat it the next day it is nice and soft. I recommend you to always smell and taste the food first just to make sure that nothing is going bad.

When you are reheating, there's two techniques you can use. You can microwave which is something you need to look extra caution with because the outer area of the baby food can be very cold. But they can be ta heat bubble inside, that is really hot. So try to reheat for like 15 seconds and stir in between until you reach the desire temperature.

One thing that is very important to remember, once you reheat the baby food you should never use that portion again. It is not safe to reheat more than one time. If your baby doesn't finish the entire food, DO NOT reheat them again.
